  Worst customer service ever I went in to get a large item package. I stood there in line waiting to be helped two other customers came in behind me one skipped the line and went directly to a clerk that had just finished helping Somebody the clerk ended up taking that gentleman before me, even though I was waiting patiently in line then he finished with him and automatically looked at me and told me that they don’t ship items that big at this store I needed to go to Palm Springs. I said what I just called over here about packaging and he’s like yeah but we can’t ship it. I said I need it packaged so I can get it shipped. We haven’t even got to that point yet. He was very rude. Turns out he was the assistant manager, Erik I asked him how big the bike box was. He said it’s not gonna fit and it’s gonna be $250 to build me one I said $250. That’s crazy. I was like the regular box bike is 27 but nonetheless the is what it is I asked him if I could see the bike box so I could see if I could build myself a big box out of two of the bike boxes. He told me the size and I said yeah but can I see it and he said I’m not gonna go to the back and get it and I said that he was being rude and he said I’m not being rude and I was like yeah the fact that you don’t want to go get me the box to see if I can use it. You’re being rude. You’ve been rude since I first walked in, trying to Dismiss me right away before even knowing what I actually wanted because you said you couldn’t ship it which would’ve been fine if you would’ve explained to me and told me that in a nice way, but you were just trying to get rid of me he said he wasn’t being rude and I said that that’s fine. I had no choice but to pay the $250 and to deal with his rudeness so I can get this bike shipped now mind you I just came In originally to get the bike packaged, but this whole time he’s focused on shipping. I tried to call FedEx customer service. I don’t know if I called the right number, but they gave me the runaround. Just took my name and number and said they would call me back which they didn’t so I don’t think I called the right line. I think I probably called the store and they were giving me the runaround cause I never got a call back. This guy is so rude and dismissive. I hope the actual store manager and the district manager see this and keep track of the complaints on him because I’m sure he has treated people like that before that behavior felt so easy to him that being said I will never go back to this facility again.
