Plus once I needed a package redirected and they were so helpful and even called to check up! And of course our local mail carrier was so sweet and friendly!

The most I recall is 2-3 people in line ahead of me. One negative is the parking isn't very good. There is a handful of awkwardly placed spots. If parking is a concern for you, there is more parking at the north end.
