Every time I come in, she provides such wonderful customer service and truly makes the experience pleasant and stress-free. It is so appreciated when someone has such a warm and positive people personality these days. Patricia consistently goes above and beyond, and her kindness and professionalism never go unnoticed. I am very thankful for her and the outstanding service she provides. USPS is lucky to have someone like Patricia representing them.
