- JJJuan JeronimoSep 23, 20261.0The waiting time to do anything is atrocious
- EAEstevan A.Sep 17, 20261.0Tall gay looking guy with glasses & ponytail - Richard, should not be working at a Federal establishment… Eyes were bloodshot red, he looked a hot mess and had a strong smell of alcohol. Slurred his words and gave me the run around. Some sort of supervisor should seriously look into his person. I’ll be reporting this online as well.
- OVOswaldo ViverosSep 17, 20265.0People claim ownership of this location, yet those who complain about the site and its services should relax. You may not grasp what happens behind the scenes; your package will not be handled immediately. It takes time and several steps to reach its destination properly. Delays are unavoidable, affecting not only USPS but also FedEx, UPS, DHL, and others. Each company follows procedures and encounters the same issues. For your information, C St. is not the only post office; Port Hueneme, Saviers, and A St. are also available. I’ve had issues, but they eventually resolve. I like this place and its staff. My advice is to gather all the information and ask questions if you are unsure; if you have problems with the clerk, you can always ask for the Postmaster.
- DBD BSep 9, 20261.0Made an appointment. Arrived to find nobody to assist and three others with same appointment time. Waited outside in 90 degree heat while the employees disappeared. This is by far the WORST passport experience I've had in my life. Also zero parking available in lot. Had to park on street.
- JRJavier RobledoSep 9, 20261.0Words fail me—it shows a lack of professionalism and total disregard for people's time; no one is attending to our passport appointments.
