  I visit this UPS Store on Gonzales in Oxnard at least once a week, and every experience has been great. The staff is always friendly, professional, and efficient. Whether I’m dropping off packages, making returns, or shipping something out, they make the process quick and easy. It’s nice to have a reliable location where the team consistently provides excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

  Had a great experience today. Elizabeth was very helpful and had a great attitude. I was in and out in 5 minutes! I will be returning for sure!

  Extremely disappointed with the service today. I arrived at 3:50 PM—ten minutes before their posted 4:00 PM Sunday closing time. The security gate was already halfway closed. When I walked inside, the staff refused to take my packages, claiming the registers were already shut down. As I went back to my car to grab my phone, they immediately locked the door behind me. If a business states they are open until 4:00 PM, they should accept customers until 4:00 PM. Turning away paying customers early is completely unacceptable."

  This place is so unprofessional, I came in to do a return and the lady with blond hair was so rude. Amazon said drop it of and show label. They told me I had to pay 5 dollars to print it out even though Amazon said it was suppose to be free. Said they couldn’t take my package even if I put tape which I’ve done a million times. She started to get annoyed when I told her that Amazon said I wouldn’t have to pay anything. Don’t do your Amazon return here.
