My only criticisms are that the lines tend to be too long, and they don't have enough staff working at the counter (hence the long lines). Also, I have sent mail from this facility which was never received by the intended recipients. Is there a reason for this? Why wasn't my mail delivered? Also, I was expecting mail at general delivery, but the mailman, or some other employee sent my mail back to the sender before I could pick it up. They are supposed to wait ten days before sending mail back. Lastly, I filled out the form for my mail to be forwarded to a new address, but it isn't always forwarded. Some of it still goes to the old address. Why there is inconsistency is beyond me.
