They are claiming I left garbage in front of my mailbox (never happened and I have cameras to prove it) and are threatning to not deliver mail anymore to my address if it happens again. Then at the end of the note, they wrote "Please keep it even with mail box after 145." There is no mailbox after 145. What is going on here USPS and why is this behavior allowed?

I have reported it directly to this post office in the past and again this Monday. I was told that they would discuss with our delivery person. Today / Friday 11-17 I received 3 pieces of other company's mail in our box.
