- AAaimie agubaMay 20, 20261.0Very poor customer service. I went to this USPS location to ask about doing a change of address since it was my first time and I had a few questions. Instead of helping, the employee I spoke to was rude and made me feel like I was bothering her for asking basic questions. When I tried asking another employee for clarification, he also responded with an attitude. Customer service should be respectful and helpful, especially when someone is simply trying to understand a process. A little patience and professionalism would go a long way. Very disappointing experience.
