- KMKaterina MaloneAug 28, 20261.0I can’t believe how rude the staff is at the store. After waiting for 10 minutes for the guy to play on the computer without paying any attention to customers, I tried to give him the Amazon box for return to SCAN a code (Estimate: 2 secs tops). He told me it will take at least ANOTHER 30 MINUTES because there was a couple reading through pages of documents for notarizing while he played on the PC. He also told me he’s not going to tape the box I brought because they’re supposed to charge me for it?! Wow. You lost a customer forever because of a rude employee who's probably never held a job before. No wonder they have such a poor rating. I live in Orinda and have come to the store for many years, but I've never encountered such a terrible, rude attitude. I'll be going to the Lafayette store from now on.

- CCChris CrossJun 24, 20261.0The notary here is always surly and contemptuous. He is a perfect reflection of the new owner's nasty attitude. It is worth going to the Lafayette store where the staff is so much nicer.
