  Bharti is absolutely wonderful! She is always friendly, kind, professional, and dependable. She goes above and beyond to make sure my mails and packages are delivered carefully and correctly, and she always has such a warm and positive attitude. You can tell she genuinely cares about the people she serves and takes pride in her work. Having someone so reliable and thoughtful delivering our mail makes such a difference. I truly appreciate everything she does and feel very lucky to have her as my courier server. ❤️

  I went to return my package for the first time at this store and came across Bharti. She was very nice and helped me out through out the process. I definitely recommend considering this ups store because of the staff’s customer service. Thank you Bharti.

  Sherla was so welcoming and friendly! 💕 It was my first time doing Happy Returns at UPS, and she made the whole process so easy and comfortable. Thank you so much, Sherla, for being so kind and helpful! Definitely coming back to these lovely associates at UPS!

  Been going to this ups store once a month for 5 months now. I always take some mail for a P.O. Box there and sign for it. This month when I went in a Ryan had me sign for it. For whatever reason he was not happy with my signature. He questioned me if I’m normally left handed. Mind you my hand/arm was in a cast. I said no. He then started fussing about my signature and told me that I’ve had all my life to learn how to sign my name, because he could not read it. Im not here to accommodate his needs nor is it his concern as to how I sign. I told him I could not believe he was talking to me in the manner he was. Mind you I’m going on 70. He was being serious… no joke. As I left I told him he needs to grow up. I called the next day left my name and phone number for the manager to return my call…no return call as of yet. So I report my experience here. To Ryan…shame on you for fussing and acting like a child not to mention being disrespectful. You have a lot to learn in life. There was no just cause for your behavior. What you really should have said was would I print my name next to my signature and I would have obliged. But you did not. I suggest you take a training class on how to learn customer service as you lack the ability, or perhaps get a different profession whereas no need to deal with customers such as janitorial.
