I also called today about help with a package updating an address and a rude male said they couldn’t help me with that straight up and that’s it. No other suggestions, could’ve just told me to call support or something if they couldn’t help me. Luckily I called 1-800-742-5877 UPS support and luckily they were able to help me no problem. Will not be returning to this unprofessional, unhelpful store.
