- CRCharles Rossoni3 days ago1.0The delivery guys in the trucks are excellent, and the water is good. The difficulty is dealing with them is there is an issue. The chat is useless, and calling their call center is just as frustrating. They cut off service because I forgot a payment. Once I noticed, I made the payment right away, that was a week ago. I called to see when my service will be restored and they can't tell me when. I also asked why my bill went up by around 30%, no idea about that either. So now I get to spend the next few days looking for another water provider. Which is unfortunate because I've been with Primo for over 10 years.

They took 9 empty bottles and left me none during some of the hottest days of the year! There is no phone to call but they will get back to me in 5-7 business days. Hopefully we don’t die from dehydration by then.
