  June 25, 2026 The female manager was rude and unprofessional during my visit. My brother and I came to pick up a package that was addressed to my aunt’s house because he is currently staying there during his vacation. The package was in my brother’s name, and he only had his passport as identification. The staff asked us to provide an official document showing the address. I showed my old driver’s license on my phone because I used to live at that address, but they said they needed a physical document instead. When the staff asked the manager for assistance, she was dismissive and unhelpful. I tried to ask a question to better understand what documentation would be accepted, but she interrupted me mid-sentence and began talking to the staff instead of addressing my question. Eventually, we were told that the document only needed to show the delivery address and did not have to be in my brother’s name, so I called my aunt to bring her physical driver’s license. When we returned with my aunt, the manager saw us and we made eye contact to let her know we had the required documentation. Instead of acknowledging us or helping, she continued talking with another staff member. A different employee came over to assist us but was confused about our situation because he hadn’t been involved earlier. After he spoke with the manager, he came back and told us they would retrieve the package in a minute. In the end, we received the package, but the manager’s communication and professionalism throughout the process were disappointing. A simple explanation of the required documentation and a willingness to answer a customer’s question respectfully would have saved everyone time and made the experience much more pleasant.

  I needed a 36x48 poster printed in a few hours but that wasn't going to happen so I decided to print it on 25 regular papers, cut them, and tape them together. I managed to do this barely in time thanks to the ease of email printing at FedEx. I got a code, typed it into the machine, paid and printed quickly. I'm glad I got to be the only idiot in the history of that symposium who tried to get away with a taped paper poster instead of the idiot who didn't show up at all and didn't graduate. I feel so good throwing it straight into the garbage now because it's just $0.75 per paper. I should have FedEx a chance last year.
