- IDIvanco best dealsSep 24, 20261.0If I could give zero stars, I would. I sell online, and the platform I use requires me to ship with USPS. I have scheduled several package pickups, and the carrier has complained about the size of my boxes. Now I have five packages that were picked up but still have no acceptance scans. This puts my seller account at risk. I have contacted customer service twice and visited the branch. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was told to fill out a form explaining the issue and that someone would call me back. No one has called. I’m concerned that my packages are repeatedly being left unscanned, and I need USPS to locate them, update their tracking, and address the pickup issue. If the branch cannot resolve this, I will escalate the matter to the postmaster.

I was asked to bring the packaging and item to the post office. I did and then I was asked to file an online claim. She could have told me this on the phone. Instead my time was wasted and the supervisor didn't even come out to talk to me. Terrible service!!
