  This review is for the interaction I had with Alex, middle aged asian employee working at the counter on 4/21/2026, around 4:50pm. I was disappointed due to the lack of effort/expertise he showed. I expect this review to be used as a training moment and to open the management team’s eyes to how improperly staffed/trained this location is. Now, to start off, I walked there, and arrived around 4:45pm, before closing. No one was at the front, a minute later he comes to assist me. All I needed was him to scan a TikTok return QR code and explain if I needed to do anything else. Very simple, I was returning a perfume. Hazardous due to alcohol and oil. TikTok states “Box Needed” not a label, so it’s a drop off unless the USPS employee tells me otherwise. After giving him that info he still seemed helpful. But he refused to scan it. It’s not a tracking label, it’s a “USPS Label Broker ID,” as we kept conversing he started interrupting me, almost implying for me to hurry as a line was forming behind me. He could not give me a proper reason as why not to scan this code, what I understood from our interaction was that if he scanned this QR code, that it could potentially get him in trouble. He also said if it’s a “G” they won’t take it. But dude, this is a QR code not a shipping label. And if “G” means ground, then from the first 30 sec of us talking I would’ve left with a tracking label or a specific location/phone # to reach out to. Getting a shipping label printed for me and going home to order the pick up is something I was open to doing and stated I to him. His solution was go to any other post office, like if it didn’t just walk there and it’s closing time for all of them in my area. USPS Management please re-train ur employees and give them help, Alex isn’t to blame if y’all expect him to do it all on his own…

  The blonde lady at the front needs to check her attitude before clocking in. There's no need for her to be rude to people. She seems to be mad at everyone, especially if they don't know what they have to do when shipping something. I wish she could be more like the man who works there. He's much more welcoming.
