  I have a mailbox there. I went there today to pick up my packages and the old men told me no I can't have my package because it has been there for 3 days, there's 5 day grace period there is a $1 dollar charge for each day after the 5 day. He try to charge me $5 dollars in order to get my package. After I insist that he talked to the owner. And she gave him the okay to give me my package. After I showed him the notice of with all the information charged and how many days a package could sit there. He didn't even apologize for being rude to me he need be retrain on better customer service. He don't have good customer service at ALL, every time I go in there he always seems unhappy to be there. I been having my mailbox over 3 years. He's only one that is not friendly with the customers.

  I've been using UPS as my main go to for all of my shipping needs for my business for years. now this is literally the only UPS location where I've had issues for the past six months. consistently they're unable to get things done in a timely manner. every time I go I'm sitting there for 30+ minutes waiting for the employees to maybe do something. and I understand times are tough, everyone's going through something, everyone needs a paycheck but in order to get paid you should have to do something and seeing the employees sit there and just stare at the line of people going out the door as they move in snail speed to do things that they've obviously or should have been trained to do and have been doing for the past six months is mind-boggling. all it is is packing a package you, hit a printer button, it shouldn't take 40 minutes. Incompetency at the highest.

  A huge thank-you to Martin who helped me out with a very large return. He was incredibly helpful and had a great attitude. Great customer service and I really appreciated it.

  Called to ask a question, (they never answer the phones) when they did answer the lady on the phone said she did not know the answers to call back later. Later called, and a man answered who apparently was the notary person, and was completely unprofessional. Please, have more professional people who actually want to work that give better customer service, and trained with better knowledge. This call was done Wednesday 4/1/26 @10:00 am
