  Super great team. Robert helped me and my wife pick out a great office chair. And even had us sign up for a great digital reward in the app. Super nice people, I recommend Robert to anyone looking for great service 👍

  I placed an online order for some stickers, super easy and the website gives you the day and time you can pick up. I got a call from staples that my order would be ready sooner and I can pick it up anytime after that certain hour. Customer a service was amazing both on the phone and at the store! The quality of the stickers was amazing too! I will continue to use staples for printing needs! They also have party city inside staples!!!

  I have been coming to the Ontario Staples store for a little over 2 years now. I have to say that despite the understaffed crew they operate with, all team members, from the print dept and retail floor, have provided me with great customer service. Derick, in particular, has been exceptionally helpful and patient with me throughout the last 2 years. He goes above and beyond to ensure I purchase what is going to be most effective for my needs, based off his expertise, vs just letting me purchase random items. I will say that depending on the time you show up will determine the wait time for customer support. Unfortunately, majority of retailers are operating with a skeleton crew and in turn causes reduced customer service. This method causes frustration as most of us are hyper functioning and time is of the essence. We, as clients, do not see the staffing schedule, the weekly forecasted hours provided to the store for operations, or the overall budget from corporate. We only experience the service. So I will say this, remember that the person helping you may be doing the work of two or three people and with an incredible amount of pressure. We all deserve quality service, but we also share a responsibility to treat one another with kindness and respect. Give Staples - Ontario the opportunity to serve you.
