They use a 3rd party to deliver it and were unprofessional and creepy. Do not use RXO, XPO! Or buy anything from Ballard Designs.

The delivery team was professional, courteous, and clearly knew what they were doing. They carefully removed my old refrigerator, installed the new one without any problems, and took great care not to damage my floors, walls, or cabinets. Everything was handled efficiently, and they made sure the refrigerator was properly positioned before they left. It's refreshing to see a crew that takes pride in their work. I highly recommend RXO for their outstanding service and professionalism.
