The delivery installation gentlemen we're so professional and through and identified that my original frame which I was reusing was upside down which was huge because the big beam that goes down the center was higher, if not corrected, would have caused discomfort. They cleaned everything up and took away my old mattress. I am so looking forward to tonight my first evening on my new mattress, and hopefully will be the beginning of fantastic sleep from here on out. I highly recommend this company and the Casper products which are well made and oh so comfortable!
