The recruiters at the Ontario location are an absolute joke and don’t seem to hold their promises or follow up at all, even when they promised that they would. If you are unfortunate enough to land with Erica or “Young”, good luck. You’re better off applying to jobs by yourself while these two recruiters continue wasting the time of both you and other applicants. STAY AWAY FROM ROBERT HALF! OVER PROMISE AND UNDER DELIVER!

I have prior Office Team affiliation, having been placed to several assignments by offices in San Fernando Valley. But in the Inland Empire? You're better off waiting for Elvis Presley to make a comeback before you can ever expect to hear anything substantial from anyone in the Ontario branch. I applied for a clerical data entry position they posted several weeks back, called their office, specified that I was interested in the position and that I had submitted my resume, and also expressed interest in registering with the agency. "Well, our recruiters will look over your resume and, if they deem you a good fit, they will reach out to schedule an appointment with you." Okay. So, I wait and......nothing. Not a single solitary peep. Not good business practice, particularly when there are people such as myself who need to be working. I will not be recommending this agency to anyone any time soon.
