  Renee was pleasant to work with and consistently kind and professional in her communication. However, my experience with the overall business practices was disappointing. While they are quick to place candidates in positions, support after placement feels limited, especially when issues arise on assignment. I experienced a lack of leadership and onsite support in my assigned role, particularly regarding the absence of a direct manager. When I raised these concerns, it felt as though the issue was not fully acknowledged. Although I communicated that the position was not a good fit, I expected more structured follow-up or assistance in finding a more suitable placement. I was told they would “try” to find another opportunity, which did not feel reassuring given that job placement is their primary service. Ultimately, I chose to pursue job opportunities on my own and was able to secure another position fairly quickly. Overall, while the staff interaction was positive on a personal level, I believe the follow-through and support after placement could be improved. In response to the response to my review: A new job opportunity was never found or presented to me. Please don’t misrepresent the situation to make it seem otherwise. It would have been better to leave your original response as it was instead of including something that isn’t accurate
