  Overwhelmingly pleasant experience. Whether I’m mailing a letter shipping a package or returning an Amazon purchase or two or three the staff is ALWAYS patient kind and accommodating. I used to travel out of my way to avoid this location but since new staff and management has taken over I’m More than happy to visit with them. Thank you for your kind words professionalism and always putting a smile on my face when I leave. It’s truly a pleasure to visit you.

  I wanted to take a moment to recognize the amazing customer service at this UPS location. I have been here multiple times for different services, including faxing, and every visit has been a great experience. The staff has always been kind, positive, respectful, and very knowledgeable. I’ve been helped by a younger woman and two gentlemen (I didn’t get their names), and each of them provided excellent service and made sure I was taken care of. Great customer service is something worth acknowledging, and I felt the need to share how appreciated their kindness and professionalism are. This UPS location has a wonderful team!

  I had to return a large item and went in ahead of time to look for a box to ship it in. Jo told me that I could bring the item in and they’d fit and pack it for me. I just brought it in and he helped me again by printing the slip for me and packing the large (65lb) item for return. He took the time to help me and was very informative and kind. I’ve dropped off packages before but this was my first time needing service and I’m really impressed.

  The tall islander looking young man that works here needs to reduce the party vibe, turn down the music that is constantly blasting, and sensor songs like gimmie gimme gimme MARIJUANA, which he was gleefully singing less than two feet from my face during our transaction. I understand that gen Z thinks that the workplace should be a party, but not at the UPS store. Please get back to a more professional business environment for your customers. Thank you.

  What did they give shout-outs to this store specifically. Tuuaga!!!!! I had an Amazon return and I neglected to see that there was a label needed and I could have printed it out at my house when I went to have them printed out she said that it was going to be $3 I could have printed out at home, she ended up waiving the fee thank you so much a little goes a long way
