I highly recommend Scott Coyle with Sunbelt. I have worked with Scott and found him to be extremely knowledgeable, professional, and easy to talk to. One thing I really appreciate about Scott is his practical advice: sell when your business is doing well, not when you are forced to sell because of death, divorce, decline, or dissolution. He also emphasizes the importance of planning ahead, including cleaning up the books ideally two years before selling.
