  Do not use their Amazon return service. I dropped off a package more than a week before expiration date for the return and it was never submitted to Amazon. So now I'm out 26 dollars. I call that theft.

  Terrible manager Raymond Mr “i only have one name you don’t need to repeat it” needs to be fired. I went in for an amazon return like i always do at Kohl’s i’m in and out 5 minutes max, decided to come here for the first time and the most terrible, rude, careless manager and made a joke of it out loud, after asking what store number it was he says “oh what you’re gonna leave a bad review? go ahead” we didn’t even need to say anything he knew. When getting there I was waiting patiently he passed by me 3 times didn’t even look at me, acknowledge me, the last time he passed i tried to say excuse me is there anyone who can do returns and before i even get my words out he keeps walking puts his finger up and says not now. just ignores that i’m literally just saskkmr for help. says he doesn’t have anyone who can help. he then proceeds to check out his entire line of customers, speak to multiple people in store (half of which came in after we did) says he doesn’t care a line is forming, verbatim. this is the most horrid customer service i’ve ever received, and a manager at that? you’d better off ANYONE else manager than that.

  I just returned two Amazon purchases here and the lady working the register with glasses was rude. She said nothing to me when she came up to help me and provided no customer service to me. I was planning on purchasing some items but ended up leaving and will purchase somewhere else that great service is provided.

  Has a sign for Happy Returns literally right next to Amazon Returns with an arrow pointing. I wait in line and get to the front and the computer screen has Amazon and Happy Returns. Then the guy tells me no I have to go to printing for happy returns. Why wasn’t that stated in the sign? I then went to stand in another line for 5+ minutes and it wasn’t moving anywhere. Didn’t want to waste my time any further… would have appreciated an accurate sign for the Happy Returns! Thanks!
