Worst experience, I had to come to this place to help a friend to move his old address to the new but this guy on the window is something else, he thinks he is a NASA employee or some

Absolutely useless employees who do not care about you, your packages, of doing their jobs. Turned away three families who had booked appointments because they were "closing early" and refused to provide forms directly listed on USPS' own website.

Never delivered my package to the apartment usps was supposed to and just gave it to an individual that doesn't have my name. This is the usps spot that just let someone have my prescription glass. Hope they have the eye problems that I do

Recently opened a PO Box here - paid for it and got the keys. I was expecting a few important mails a few weeks after but when I checked my mailbox for the next few weeks - there were nothing. One day - after 2-3 weeks of checking my mailbox- I noticed there’s a clear tape on the other side of the mailbox - the side that the post office would add mail from - the mail box is deep and the tape is clear so I didn’t noticed it prior. On the tape - written backward - looks like it read “closed”. I was puzzled so I asked the USPS person - turns out even though I paid for my PO Box - no one took the “closed” tape from it so any mail that arrived/sent to that PO Box is returned back to the sender. This is so frustrating - I paid for my mailbox, got the keys but because the person who processed my mail box at that location (lady name Carla), who gave me the keys but never took the “closed” tape off - I’m not receiving mail. I can’t imagine how many other mail boxes this happens to at this location. Writing this so others are aware. I’ve also filed a formal complaint to the USPS since this is unacceptable!!!
