Waited 30 minutes only to have the other employee finally tell me the passport person wasn’t coming that day. Made another appointment 3 days later. Same thing happened. They had no idea if the person would show up or not. Totally rude and unprofessional.

Maybe the higher rates they’re coming up with make this branch look good to their bosses? I’ll stick to the Berkeley or Emeryville locations even if they’re out of my way.

Stood in line for 30+ minutes both times just to mail a certified letter. People waited just as long and got turned away because they closed. But most of the staff are kind and friendly.
