When I asked her a question about shipping, she didn't even look at me and answered as if I was bothering her. If this is just a job that you don't have a passion for, please just go find another job. Your role is to support customers, not making them feel bad about asking questions about your products and services.

It was such a joy to watch her work, I didn't mind rejoining the queue when I was done putting my packages together. If every business had a Kwana (I hope I spelled her name right🫣), this world would be a much better place!
