- KEKatie EgelandSep 16, 20261.0There is something seriously wrong with staffing here recently. I’ve had a PO Box here for over 5 years. In early September I had packages that were delivered but not sorted for over a week, so I couldn’t access them. Today I arrived at 3:30 to find the post office “closed for lunch” from 3-4pm. I couldn’t even get to my PO Box until they finally unlocked the door a few minutes after 4. By that time at least 15 people were waiting outside. There seems to only be one employee staffing this place now. Please give him some support!
- ABAmacker BullwinkleSep 5, 20261.0Rude staff. No parking. Dark & creepy. Never enough (rude) staff when it’s busy. I can’t get packages at my house… Only thing I can get has to fit through the mail slot I hate picking up packages at this office! It’s taking me days and days to get something. They only leave one notice. If I hand it to the mailman signed with notes on how to redeliver it, they don’t. When I lost my ID, I couldn’t pick up anything. I had another expired ID, my voters registration, and they know me! Did it matter? Nope. Were they nice about it? Oh HELLZNO. I am endlessly polite. They seem to be endlessly miserable.🤷♀️

Ricardo was the employee at the door and I asked to please hand me a few certified mail forms as I need these desperately today. He refused and told me to read the hand made sign that the post office closes at 4 PM today. This is not how the USPS offices should treat anyone. As a tax payer funding this agency I am shocked people with these attitudes are working for the American Tax payer. When Elon Musk was firing workers how did he miss this guy. Wasting tax dollars.
- KKkyle kelleyAug 28, 20261.0This is one of the worst United States Post offices I've ever gone to it's Friday September 28th 2026 I come at 2:41 p.m. to check my PO box and the gates closed and they got a sign on the door saying they're close to for lunch from 2:40 to 3:40 meanwhile people have stuff to mail I got to check the PO box this post office is ridiculous the worst
