- AAAli AMay 5, 20261.0Visited this location 5/5/2026 at 4:00 PM the lady behind the counter is very unprofessional and has the worst customer service I tried to drop a package and she said there’s a label in the back that needs to be covered. I used a marker to cover the label and she still refused to accept my package saying she can still see it. 3 other customers walked out receiving the same poor customer service. Someone needs to check on her.

Three employees were working (one woman and two men), but they were not attentive to customers. They were using their phones and talking among themselves instead of helping people in line. I had already driven 30 minutes to get there to drop off my order. When I returned from my car, I politely asked for help to close my package because I was in a rush to get back to work (I work from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM and could not come back later). However, both the woman and one of the men refused and said, “This is not our job.” Their tone was rude and dismissive, and I felt disrespected as a customer. This level of service is unacceptable, especially for a public service location. I am requesting that this location improve staff professionalism and customer service so others do not have the same experience. Thank you.
