- NLNae LinggJun 1, 20261.0I came in at 10:00am 6/1/2026 before my appointment because I was having a hard time finding the passport application. I walked in the lady asked if I had an appointment I let her know I did have an appointment and I was having a hard time finding the passport application online and if she could give me an application she gave me a website to find it instead and I told her my appointment was in 15 mins and she kept talking and wasted 2 mins telling me how it's this tedious paper work to fill out ( it took 3 mins to fill out ) I walked out and came back in asked if they can reschedule me since they didn't have applications and the guy at the counter WENT AND GRABBED ME AN APPLICATION TO FILL OUT RIGHT THEN AND THERE !!!! I'm so annoyed I missed my appointment because she didn't not want to do her job and simply give me the application from the start! EVERY SINGLE TIME I COME TO THIS PARTICULAR POST OFFICE, THE SERVICE IS DISGUSTING !! What are you guys paying these people for ??! And to top it off there's no more appointments in my area !!!!

He laughed in my face when I asked him why they arent checkin IDs for mail hold pick ups and gave our mail and other addresses to us upon pick up. When asked for supervisor he said none where available and post master wasnt either my family has made several complaints regarding this incident and it seems they dont care. I am a window clerk myself so I know all the policies. Def will be taking this a step further since they thing being rude is the way to go!
