- SWStephanie WongAug 22, 20261.0Terrible customer service. Walked in at about 11am on a Saturday. Noticed there was a sign outside that said “On break until ___ AM”. I was confused and saw a few people inside waiting so I decided to try entering. Upon entering, an Asian male attendant immediately stopped his work and told me “There’s a sign outside” passive aggressively and repeated it 5 times as if I hadn’t noticed it. He even made it a point to step outside to show me the sign as I was already exiting the facility 😂. Unnecessarily and extremely rude and unacceptable customer service. If you are going to post a sign at normal business operating hours, don’t leave some ambiguous time. Will not be returning to this USPS and do not recommend anyone else to come.
- STShannon TevenanAug 8, 20261.0Find another post office if you can. Often extremely busy with staff who have no sense of urgency. Also often closed for “lunch breaks.” Today they were closed until 1:15pm for lunch, despite only being open until 2:00pm. Make that make sense.

- MDMatthew DiazJul 14, 20263.0Most reviews talk about how busy this location is, but I was lucky enough to stop in just after the lunch hour when it was nearly empty. The space is well organized and easy to navigate, and the clerk was fine and to the point but not overly engaged with his work. I sent an international letter, but there were no questions about options or potentially desired services, honestly a bit lackluster in the customer service department. Several of the forms were out of stock on the desk provided to customers for mailing, but there were ample envelopes and other mailing supplies.
