- PPPJul 12, 20265.0I had an excellent experience at this UPS Store! The customer service was outstanding, and the staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and hardworking. They took the time to answer my questions, handled everything efficiently, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. From my experience, the negative reviews don't reflect the level of service this team provides. They truly care about their customers and go above and beyond to help. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable service and a welcoming staff!

They have notoriously, rude young inexperienced staff who seem to hate their jobs and the people coming in. They are gossipy and laugh in your face if you are overwhelmed and exhausted. They are expected to enforce price mark ups without any customer service skills or training. Seems like the franchise owner hires family members and friends of family members? You pay for the parking then, if you are in a hurry and cannot print out at home you pay for the email and per page printed. Tape is four dollars for a strip off of a two dollar roll, they charge seven for a full roll in their store. If you are overwhelmed with young children in tow they look at you like you are trash for bringing them in with you. This is a consistent experience over the last six years, coming once or twice a year.

I also paid $87 to ship a package overnight, with guaranteed next day delivery. When the package didn’t arrive for five days, they refused to give me a refund.
