    I previously had an issue after a package shipped from this location “disappeared,” meaning there was no movement on the package. They promised they would help me locate it and after following up several times they claimed they had no responsibility. I stopped using this location for over a year, but eventually I gave them another chance and had a good experience for a while. However, the last time I was there the woman accused me of taking someone else’s package and claimed they had been calling me. I never took anyone’s package, and there’s no way I could have as they have all of the packages behind the counter and they check your ID. So for that scenario to occur, it would mean they didn’t do their job checking the name or ID. Secondly, I never received a single phone call from UPS, if I had I would have told them that was impossible. When I told her such, she just said “oh, I thought it was you.” So you just accuse customers of stealing without being sure? It pisses me off just thinking about it, and I will never use this location again. I’d be careful doing business here, they may accuse you of stealing packages from behind the counter too.

    These folks are great! I've used them for all sorts of services and they are always helpful. It's usually easy to park and they are seldom super busy.

    Owner to all of the staff are fantastic! Even the young workers! They are always friendly, helpful, and accommodating. This is the place to do all of your services. Can’t say enough good.

    This place was amazing, great service. Vkay, the notary made sure that I got everything done in a quick and orderly fashion. I was rushing and he just made it easier for me. I appreciate their services and I will definitely do all my notary services at this UPS store.
