The woman helping was very rude and wanted to rush me out and said in a condescending tone, "mamm" and handed me the receipt and said you can work it out with Amazon if it's wrong. She could have taken a minute to help me understand that she couldn't see on her end what the labels were for, etc. there were 2 people in line so she clearly wanted to keep it moving but she was only with me for maybe 2 minutes. Rude, mean, impatient. Not the customers fault that amazon contracted with ups so their work volume went up but not their pay.
