[Provide specific details: for example, "They were unresponsive to emails and calls, delayed the closing process unnecessarily, and lacked clear communication throughout."] As a customer, I expected much better service for such an important transaction. Their lack of attention to detail and poor customer service made the entire process far more stressful than it needed to be. I would not recommend this company to anyone and hope they take serious steps to improve their operations and customer support.

- RSRyan StephensDec 5, 20202.0First time buying a home. Andrea was unresponsive. Didn’t confirm receipt of wire transfer for down payment until many hours later. Before transfer we were waiting for her to notify us she was ready to accept wire transfer.. didn’t hear anything for a day and a half so lost those two days, had to push our closing date and reschedule movers. Then after move in we received notices saying house insurance wasn’t paid. Insurance should have been paid the day we closed escrow not a week or more later, after we call to make sure it’s done. Everyone did their job and things went smooth except the parts where Andrea was involved.
