- MLMel LiebmannJun 21, 20261.0Abysmal level of service. The mail carrier who serves Indian Valley of Novato is a miserable employee of the USPS. This is expressed in his passive aggressive behavior toward residents through bogus mail holds, parcels thrown over fences from his delivery truck at speed, regularly damaged parcels, and leaving parcels outside of mailboxes in full access to the public. The postmaster has been non-responsive to pleas for resolution from residents over a myriad of problems expressed to her.

The pretentious attitude of the two older women and their snarky + passive aggressive comments at each and every customer. No one picked the career for you. Be happy and have a better attitude.
