  The Novato Staples has been my go to for printing and office supplies for many years. Unfortunately the print area service and store cleanliness has been going down hill over the past several months. The printing area has trash on the floor and work spaces, boxes were stacked on one of the work spaces where tools were kept in the past, and paper in printers is not kept stocked. The last two times I did a print job the printer errored out due to lack of paper and when paper was added the printer would not restart where it left off. One job had to be restarted manually and in both cases I was not able to print a receipt. Staff on duty were not able to help me get the receipts needed for my business. I Hope these types of issues can be addressed. I do not want this Staples to close.

  I had an amazing experience at the Staples Copy & Print department thanks to Randy and Braden. From the moment I walked in, they were both welcoming, friendly, and eager to help. Braden helped me through the entire process of creating my business cards, from getting everything started to making sure the final product came out exactly how I wanted. He made the process smooth and stress-free, and the quality of the business cards was outstanding—the best quality I’ve ever received. They were even better than the business cards I’ve gotten from other competitors. This experience was also much better than the service I previously received at the San Rafael Staples, where Tony tried to help but ended up wasting a lot of my time without resolving what I needed. Randy and Braden, on the other hand, were knowledgeable, efficient, and made sure everything was done right the first time. Overall, Randy and Braden provided exceptional customer service and exceeded my expectations. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to help are the reason I’ll continue coming back. If you need anything from the Copy & Print department, I highly recommend working with Randy and Braden.

  Braden in print was absolutely wonderful and did an amazing job on my project. Sad that the manager is no longer there because she was great. She did bring in a talented staff which includes Braden from the print department. I will continue to go there as long as Braden is there because he’s friendly, quick, and just really good at his job.
