Biggest problem is they won't answer the phone anymore so if a problem with your package it means you have to go down there to resolve it. 2 weeks in a row I have an issue but after 2 trips back to back I am not going for this problem. I shouldn't have to. Worst part is if call during the day they refuse to answer & in the afternoon they turn the message on that they're closed when they're not. It's frustrating. My son's medicine was routed from City of Industry to Santa Fe Springs then to Anaheim & now to Highland instead of LA to City of Industry to Norwalk. None of the post offices will answer the phone so who knows if I will get his medicine. Now they want me to spend gas to go there & provide tracking number which can be done over the phone, but they refuse to answer.

Tried getting help from a staff and supervisor but they were unable to locate my packages. I almost didn't get a 4th package but I went to go hunt the mailman down only for him to say he didn't have anything until he found the package after rechecking and it was in the wrong mailbox! Now when I order something online and it says in possession of usps I cringe!

Long lines at the Post Office are far too common unfortunately and there are not enough employees who can handle the long lines. Wait times can be extremely long. Parking is somewhat difficult to find, especially when you just want to handle a quick task and be in and out of the place.
