  Jared provided some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced at a FedEx location. His attitude was extremely negative, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout my visit. Instead of simply helping me with what I needed to pick up my package, I was sent back and forth unnecessarily, forcing me to make multiple trips in the hot weather. Whatever was going on that day, customers should not have to deal with that kind of attitude or treatment. The experience was frustrating, completely unnecessary, and left me feeling that my time and business were not respected. Because of this experience, I will seriously consider using UPS for future shipping and package needs. I also intend to share this feedback with FedEx corporate and on relevant review platforms, including Google Maps and social media, because customer service experiences like this should be addressed. FedEx should understand that individual employees represent the company. When customers are treated poorly, it reflects directly on the entire brand. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue so other customers don't have the same experience. If I ever have to visit this location again and I see Jared working, I will walk out rather than risk another negative experience. I will also submit additional feedback to FedEx documenting my experience and expressing my concerns about how seriously the company takes customer service. Attached is photo of him dropping the papers I brought to pick up my replacement vacuum and ship my old one back. I am shocked from this experience. The manager on duty seemed to not care or was totally unaware of this situation.

  Terrible experience with FedEx. My package containing an expensive iPhone was marked as “Delivered,” but it never arrived. I spent over 3 hours with customer service and got no answers—only told to wait for an investigation. Completely unacceptable. I will never trust FedEx with valuable shipments again.

  Terrible service. Won't let me pay to print out a copy of my own photo for a passport. I even said I would pay full price and still no help.

  I want to recognize the amazing team at the FedEx location in Northridge, especially Beatriz, Vanessa, Tahoura, and Moises. Every time I come in, they are incredibly respectful, kind, and genuinely willing to help. They always make the experience easy and pleasant. Sometimes it’s not the big companies that make the difference, it’s the people who represent them. These four employees truly make FedEx stand out with their professionalism, positive attitude, and outstanding customer service. Thank you for everything you do.   FedEx in Northridge has the absolute best service. They do everything for us. Start to finish. Easy and they give us all the time we need to get our work done as well. The staff is perfect. Well educated in this shipping area nice friendly awesome.
