- MAMargie AlcalaJun 8, 20261.0So I went to the post office today and the man that works there wouldn’t give me his name, but he was at the door when I walked in at 4:02 which I understand they close at four, but all I needed to do was to stamp my certified letters, which were already paid for and he said no. he was at the door telling us that we can’t go in so I left, but then I went back in just to ask one more time because I was only two minutes late and he allowed another gentleman to go in there and mail his package. That’s when I got upset because he denied me a stamp, but he allowed this guy to mail his package and it was after four. Does he have a problem with women and just wants to help men or he was just being a jerk and not helping me out. But this is horrible customer service, and the fact that he didn’t allow me to stamp my certified letter, but allowed another customer after telling me no was so wrong and he was such a jerk to me. I don’t understand why the Postal Service has customer service like this. He just kept yelling at me, get here before four next time. That guy was there after four and he allowed him that’s so wrong. And the sad thing about it the postal office isn’t gonna do anything about it. They’re gonna allow these jerks to be behind the counter and treat people like that.
