How can you stop service because one mailman has an "issue" with a dog getting out of the house? Like if the dog can open the door to get out, yet you have other mailmen delivering mail. Clearly, one mailman has an issue or is against our property, you complain, and you get attitude in return. Self-entitlement much!

I rather come to this location than the post office on Lankershim by Kittridge everyone at that location is so rude especially the Indian lady . She's extremely rude . I'm not sure why she doesn't get fired she literally yells at customers . Any how I know I'll be waiting the same amount of time here in Laurel canyon but I'll get better customer service
