When Confronted with the Continuing Issue--Manager Blames Mail Carriers for Not Sorting Mail Properly rather than taking Specific Steps to Correct. Uses this Lame Excuse/Example: "If a Doctor tells a Patient to take their Medication--but Patient Takes Medicine Incorrectly-That's Not My Fault". I would Hope Making Sure Mail is Delivered to the Correct Name and Address is a Basic Fundamental Requirement of the U.S. Postal Service. Manager--Don't make Excuses- Take Resposibility and Correct the Problem.
