- DHDAVID HONJIO2 days ago1.0Rather than Accept and Correct a Valid Issue regarding Improper Delivery of Held Mail(Multiple INCORRECT Addressed Letters/Mail Held)) Female Manager Does Not Correct the Problem--Even After 2-3 Assurances She will do so. When Confronted with the Continuing Issue--Manager Blames Mail Carriers for Not Sorting Mail Properly rather than taking Specific Steps to Correct. Uses this Lame Excuse/Example: "If a Doctor tells a Patient to take their Medication--but Patient Takes Medicine Incorrectly-That's Not My Fault". I would Hope Making Sure Mail is Delivered to the Correct Name and Address is a Basic Fundamental Requirement of the U.S. Postal Service. Manager--Don't make Excuses- Take Resposibility and Correct the Problem.

- RMRocket ManJan 28, 20265.0I took my friend who has some difficulty due to a previous stroke. She had concerns about her mail box security at her home address and we went to inquire about a PO Box. Sterling was so accommodating and made the process easy for her to understand as she gets confused easily and sometimes needs a little more time to process information. He explained everything including the process when ordering/receiving boxes or packages from Amz, Fedx, UPS, as they do not deliver to PO box. Very important to know. Sterling was patient and reassuring. We both left knowing we made the right choice and Sterling had her back….he truly did. Sterling is actually Golden! Thank you so much for your kindness, patience & compassion.
