AVOID THIS UPS LOCATION IF YOU CAN. I had a very disappointing experience with the Persian lady working at this UPS Store. I had already packed and labeled one of my return packages because I did not want anyone to see its contents. However, she opened my package in front of everyone in the store without asking for my permission and exposed the item, which made me feel very uncomfortable.
She then told me that the label was incorrect. Because she opened the package, the return process became complicated, I needed a new label, and in the end I was unable to complete my return and receive my refund.
In addition, every time I visit this location, she is consistently rude, speaks in a harsh tone, and behaves unprofessionally. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so other customers do not have the same experience.

I am not someone who normally writes negative reviews. In fact, I rarely leave reviews at all because I simply do not have the time. However, my experience with UPS was so frustrating and unacceptable that I feel compelled to share it.
Two weeks before an upcoming vacation, I ordered an expensive Louis Vuitton item that was expected to arrive within five days. Because the package required a signature, I rearranged my entire schedule and canceled plans to make sure I would be home for delivery.
On the day the package was supposed to arrive, UPS provided a delivery time window. I waited at home all day. I was actually in a room facing the front of the house, very close to the front door. The driver eventually arrived more than an hour after the stated delivery window. Instead of knocking, announcing "UPS," or making any meaningful attempt to contact me, he stood at the door for only a few seconds and left after he ran the ring doorbell which I do not have access to (linked to my parents phone who area away).
About 20 minutes later, I went outside and found a "Sorry We Missed You" notice. Imagine my shock and frustration. I had wasted an entire day waiting at home specifically for this package, only to be told that UPS had somehow "missed" me.
I immediately called the number on the notice and explained the situation, asking if the driver could simply return since he had just left. Despite explaining that the driver never knocked and that I had been home the entire time, I received no real assistance. I was repeatedly told, "Sorry, ma'am, we can't do that." There was no attempt to help, no escalation, and no concern for the situation.
I then tried to manage the delivery online. Surprisingly, I was not given any meaningful options to reschedule the delivery or hold the package for pickup. The only options available were unrelated to my situation, such as adding a gate code, leaving it with a neighbor, or returning it to the sender.
The next day, another delivery attempt was made. Once again, the driver did not arrive within the provided delivery window. This time, instead of going to my front door, he went to a side gate and rang a bell that does not work and is not even the primary entrance to the home. I had already arranged with a neighbor to assist if needed, yet the delivery was still missed because the driver chose to go somewhere other than the obvious front entrance.
On the third attempt, the same thing happened. UPS provided another delivery window, but the driver arrived at a completely different time and again went to the side entrance rather than the front door. By the time I realized what had happened, customer service was closed.
This morning, I called UPS as soon as their office opened, only to be informed that the package was already being returned to the sender.
Words cannot describe how disappointed and frustrated I am. I ordered this item weeks in advance specifically for my trip, planned around the delivery, took time away from work and personal responsibilities, and repeatedly attempted to work with UPS to resolve the issue. At every step, I felt ignored. There was no flexibility, no accountability, and no effort to help despite clear evidence that reasonable delivery attempts were not being made.
What makes this experience even worse is that I later obtained video footage showing that the first driver never properly attempted delivery. Had the driver simply knocked on the door, or announced their presence, this entire situation could have been avoided.
The package is now being returned, I will not have it for my trip, and weeks of planning have been ruined. The lack of professionalism from the drivers and the complete lack of support from customer service made this one of the most frustrating shipping experiences I have ever had.
