  dropping off packages for shipment& one of my fedex labels wasn't scanning on their scanner and the employee said they couldn't reprint the label. she literally said, “oh we don’t do that here.” you're literally a shipping center where people bring packages to ship and you can’t reprint a label even for a fee? last time i’m coming to this location. what a waste of time.

  Somehow they were unable to deliver, I do not know why. But instead of them just sending it back, they called me to pick package up!

  I’m kind of an idiot when dealing with shipping/postage stuff but had to send off 15+ packages for work. Brandon was patient and kind and helped me through the process. He helped me pick out the right sized box, was pleasant while I scrolled through my email to get the right addresses and information, etc. Great employee and I appreciate my experience with him! A+ experience here.

  Only because you cannot reach customer service to speak with a person because the automated phone system only allows limited prompts and is not designed to efficiently ask questions… way to go FED-EX for providing impersonal customer service.
