  These staff members are truly a blessing! Thank you, Store 6031, and a very special thank you to Coco! I just have to say, this was some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I was in town for my sister’s wedding and was left in charge of providing the signage. Unfortunately, I forgot my supplies and was about four hours away from home. I found this store on a whim, and it turned out to be an absolute lifesaver! From my very first phone call with Coco, she walked me through our options and helped me figure out a solution. Right away, I knew everything was going to be okay. She helped me refocus, and we were able to collaborate on a couple of different things. She even came through for me with some posters! Coco was honest and transparent throughout the entire process, and I was more than happy to wait and pay extra when needed. The quality of the finished pieces was exceptional, but her customer care is what truly stood out. It surpassed any rating I could give! A big shoutout to her manager, as well as the new trainee who played a small but appreciated part in helping me. The entire staff was incredible! I truly cannot thank you all enough for helping make my sister’s special day even more extraordinary. You turned what could have been a stressful situation into one that I’ll always remember with gratitude. Thank you, Store 6031! And Coco, you’re amazing! -Jon

  AVOID THIS LOCATION-This UPS has the absolute worst workers, they have terrible attitudes, the 2 workers there (girl with brown hair and the white guy with glasses) make it a point to be as rude as possible and do their jobs as slow as possible. Anytime you need anything, they take way longer than necessary even if you’re the only person in the store. And they overall just act like they hate their jobs, which makes it very annoying as a civilian who just wants to ship some packages. And on top of that they are just rude and make snarky remarks for no reason. Like maybe don’t deal in customer service if you hate dealing with people?

  I recently shipped an expensive trade show model to a client in Washington state. Unfortunately, the model was damaged in shipment. However, Jill (the owner) went above and beyond to make sure that things were taken care of. She filed the claim with UPS and was able to get UPS to pay for the costs of the repair of the item. She went above and beyond in my opinion in order to make sure that I was made whole. I will continue to ship through her store because I know that if an issue arises she will take care of it, no questions asked
