- BGBrian GerrySep 28, 20262.0Beware dropping off your items for Amazon returns here. Their system routinely fails to print receipts. The clerk will tell you they don’t know why the receipt didn’t print but they have scanned it and have a shipping label so no problem. Later no credit from Amazon and when you ask what happened their answer is you should have gotten a receipt. Even calling 5 minutes later after walking out and realizing you don’t have a receipt for some items; you can call and be told all items have been picked up and you should refer to your receipt. They’re nice about telling you that you’re screwed though so 2 stars which also equals the number of items their incompetence has lost for us.

Charging $15 for a single medium box when U-Haul and Home Depot sell the exact same thing for $2.25 is straight up robbery. 4 boxes were $60 plus tax. They hide behind the corporate UPS name to pull this garbage, but it is just a greedy independently owned franchise price-gouging local customers. As a small business owner I will never step foot in here again and I am taking my shipping business elsewhere. Do not give these thieves a single dime.
