  About six months ago, I decided to partner with Stellar Staff to find a Virtual Assistant (VA) to help grow our commercial business clients and augment our local office staff with customer overflow calls. Our VA, Tinashe, has completely exceeded my expectations. His dedication to our mission is second to none. Tinashe is incredibly self-motivated, eager to learn, and always willing to take on multiple tasks while developing new processes to make our office more effective and efficient. What sets him apart is his resourcefulness—he frequently utilizes his network to get additional training and tips from other VAs working within our franchise network. Tinashe is genuinely helping change our office culture for the better, always willing to share his knowledge and help in any way possible. Because of this massive success, I am already planning on adding a second VA through Stellar Staff in the near future to take on dedicated Customer Service duties. I have full confidence that their recruiting team will find us another diamond in the rough to add value to our support team!

  I used Stellar for about a year and they were terrific. They gave me 3 good candidates to choose from and I chose well. Kath was a real part of our team - my other CSRs and her texted back and forth, she participated in our staff meetings, etc. and we are going to miss her. She particularly excelled at Social Media, which was originally a small part of the job, but we focused more and more on that because she did a lot to raise our profile online.
