- EDELIZAVETA DOGUZOVAJun 24, 20261.0went to pickup my parcel (which specifically noted that this was to be a pickup only as there were live eggs inside). they never listened to given instructions or their customer service coordinator. my parcel was still delivered to my house, no doubt being shaken up during long hours of transit. not knowing that they delivered it already i went to this location to pick it up, as it was instructed, only to be ignored and left outside in 91 degree weather. one of the workers saw me approaching and ran inside and closed the door. i called the bell and knocked and there was dead silence even though i saw him run inside. shame on you. after ten minutes a rep came outside and spoke in a rude manner, telling me “one ring was enough”. she was passive aggressive and short with me. i hope management takes these reviews seriously and retrains their employees. this behavior is absolutely unbecoming of a federal establishment

I rang the bell, and someone came right out. She returned quickly with my mail and explained a reasonable timeline to fixing the locks on the mailboxes and prevention. Plenty of parking, and not busy at all.

They also do not seem to be able to help with customer service needs from what the gentleman in front of me was experiencing. We were both instructed to go to a different office or ask for help online.
