  What is with the wait here? You go to loading dock and ring a bell and hope that someone comes out sometime within the next hour. Do people even work here? Edit: I updated to two stars because the staff who do work here are actually all really nice and helpful. The issues with wait time and responsiveness isn’t really their fault. They are just drastically understaffed for the workload. A suggested improvement is to at least have an intercom or something so customers on the outside can be told the bell was heard and that they will be out as soon as they can. That way at least we aren’t left in the dark wondering.

  went to pickup my parcel (which specifically noted that this was to be a pickup only as there were live eggs inside). they never listened to given instructions or their customer service coordinator. my parcel was still delivered to my house, no doubt being shaken up during long hours of transit. not knowing that they delivered it already i went to this location to pick it up, as it was instructed, only to be ignored and left outside in 91 degree weather. one of the workers saw me approaching and ran inside and closed the door. i called the bell and knocked and there was dead silence even though i saw him run inside. shame on you. after ten minutes a rep came outside and spoke in a rude manner, telling me “one ring was enough”. she was passive aggressive and short with me. i hope management takes these reviews seriously and retrains their employees. this behavior is absolutely unbecoming of a federal establishment

  Judging off of my most recent visit last week, I had to go here to pick up my mail due to idiot criminals breaking into my community’s mail boxes. I rang the bell, and someone came right out. She returned quickly with my mail and explained a reasonable timeline to fixing the locks on the mailboxes and prevention. Plenty of parking, and not busy at all.

  Terrible service, they lie through their teeth, I received a notice that there was an attempted delivery for a registered mail parcel and a pink slip was given but none of that was true, in fact, there was no such delivery attempt made and no USPS vehicle was in the area at that time around 4 PM on 12/26 as I have several surveillance cams set up that records everything in real time! I am trying to get my package delivered, there is no response from anyone at that their office as the number keeps disconnecting when it transfers over to an "operator". I'm so sick of this type of poor service, every time I have something from overseas, they never deliver it as they fail to even knock on the door and lie that someone is not home or that road is blocked when it is not. They always inconvenience you, so that you have to drive all the up to the OLD RD to collect your items.

  I have no problem getting my regular mail it's anything that can't fit in my regular mailbox where things get tricky. I have talked with management quite a few times and they clean their act up for a while but this has gone on off and on for the past 5 years. Once again the postal employee put my pink slip in the mailbox said they weren't able to deliver it. I was home all day I never left the house. The pink slip was in my mailbox because they never came to the door in which seems to be common practice with this particular post office. Now I'm trying to get in contact with the post office and their number is disconnected. The package I was waiting on was time sensitive... But who cares most definitely not USPS...
