- BFBarry FJul 20, 20265.0I really like this post office. It's not crowded, the staff is friendly and efficient. I go out of my way too go to this post office because it's so easy to deal with them there. Our mail carrier (Scott) is also very friendly.

Whether I’m mailing packages, asking questions, or dealing with something time-sensitive, they always go out of their way to make the process easy and pleasant. It’s clear they care about the people they serve, and that personal touch makes a big difference. I’m very grateful to have such a reliable and welcoming post office right here in Newcastle.

Get seller notifications that my package has been delivered and it takes 1 1/2 to 2 days for them to put it in a locker or pick up tag in my box. Forget Saturday pick up as no one answers the bell at the pick up door and you can hear them in the back. Can't wail till postal goes private.
- R7RKB 7211Jan 23, 20191.0The employees here are incredibly inept. I'm not sure if it's a widespread character issue or a management issue. According to tracking numbers packages arrive but we don't receive them for days after the date of arrival. And on one occasion we received a notice they were holding mail for us (I had just had a baby and we didn't pick up our mail for 2 weeks) well we went in twice to retrieve it and on both occasions we were told there was nothing there for us. Come to find out two months later that there really was mail being held and they chastised us for not picking it up earlier. As of now I'm still waiting to receive a package that supposedly was delivered two days ago but I haven't seen it in my box yet... if this place was run by a private company they would all be fired.
