I have a package that was miss delivered that I absolutely need today for my injury And I can’t even get through to anyone over the phone. I can hardly walk so driving is not an option for me. I waited on hold for 20 minutes and hung up when I called back it gave me the option to have them call me back in over an hour. If you are going to keep hiking my shipping rates at least improve your service.
