It seems to me their enjoyment to see the customers run back and forth for a mail while they could have helped in a second. I used an old envelope that had an old barcode.i crossed it out with markers but they won't take it and refused to help me print a blank label to cover it up. They insisted I go back fix it myself. And told me it is it their job . I understand but they could have helped. So I went to the USPS at Fremont office. They didn't even mention this , they simply printed out a blank label and cover it up without me asking. What a day and night difference.
