- MRMatt RutledgeJun 25, 20261.0Consistently bad. The drivers are mean, the boss is mean, the guy at the front desk is mean. The ladies at the front desk are nice, and the young guy with the radio voice is nice. But the older guy is consistently cranky and then always taps the happy face review thingy on the checkout screen when you check out, with is unethical. You don’t get to grade yourself dude. I hope someone with some power reads these reviews and makes some changes.

- CHClaire HughesJan 30, 20264.0I have a great M-FRI mail carrier, super friendly knowledgeable and helpful when our mailbox needed to be rekeyed during the holidays. But Saturdays mail will either be delivered to the wrong box or shows “delivered to PO Box” but no package is there in the mailbox, nor do I have a P.O. Box. Then I’m stuck waiting and hoping it shows up in a few days - it’s really frustrating not knowing where your mail is and if/when it will show up again. The staff I have had at the post office have always been kind and friendly to me even when the lines are long.
