- WWWilliamJun 25, 20261.0Be careful if you’re expecting the level of service this Staples location used to provide. I’ve been emailing print jobs directly to this store for over 10 years and have always received fast, professional, high-quality custom printing. Today, an employee named Sam told me they no longer accept walk-in custom printing and that I had to place my order online. If customers are expected to do everything online, what’s the point of having an in-store Print & Marketing department? What was even more frustrating was that I explained I wasn’t familiar with the online ordering process and asked if he could show me how to do it. Instead of helping, he said he had something else to do and told me to figure it out myself. That’s not customer service. Whether this is a new store policy or simply poor service, the experience was unacceptable. This location has gone from being helpful and customer-focused to making loyal customers feel like an inconvenience. After more than 10 years of bringing my printing business here, I left extremely disappointed.

I've been a customer for 2 years and miss Becca and her great customer service and printing quality. I dropped off a printing order and paid extra for expidited service and got the worse prints I have ever recieved from this location. After being told I would have to wait again and never an apology for a terrible print job, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I found a great printer service at Fry's Printing in Napa so I guess all is not lost for me.
