- WFwhat the Fuqq2 days ago1.0WORSE SERVICE EVER. One would think that at 3PM there would be more than ONE window open GIVEN that the line for the windows zig zagged around the SMALL ASS lobby SEVERAL TIMES. They keep building more houses they need to have a BIGGER post office to accommodate the influx of people. This 💩💩💩 is beyond ridiculous.

- SHSnow HSep 14, 20261.0We came to the post office for a scheduled passport appointment and arrived on time. The front clerk with the blue mohawk directed us to wait at the side door. However, there was no sign or instruction at the side door explaining whether we were supposed to knock, check in, or simply wait. There was already another family waiting, and they told us their appointment was before us. Because of this, we were already unsure whether the passport appointments were running behind or what we were supposed to do next. Since we had received no further instructions, my husband knocked on the door. The clerk with blue mohawk heard him knocking and said something to the effect of, “Yes, knocking.” My husband knocked a little more after hearing this, the clerk then said, “Yeah, knock louder, if you knock louder, they will hear you.” At that point, I realized the clerk was mocking my husband. He was doing so loudly and in front of the other people waiting in line. I asked the clerk directly, “Are you mocking my husband?” He did not respond, while several people standing in line were nodding in agreement. I found this behavior extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. We were simply trying to follow the directions we had been given. We were not being rude or difficult we were genuinely confused about the process, especially because this was our first passport appointment. As a public service employee, I would expect basic professionalism, patience, and clear communication. There was absolutely no reason to mock a customer in front of other people. I hope management addresses this situation. Everyone deserves to be treated with courtesy and respect, regardless of how busy the office may be.

- BBbehruz babaieAug 5, 20265.0I had an issue with a package in a parcel locker, never received the key to open it etc. I put in a inquiry online and within an hour, the manager from this USPS "Martin" reached out. I then got confirmation a few hours later that the issue was resolved and I could get my package. I couldn't believe how fast and efficient this was. Thanks!
