- SSStar Struk5 days ago1.0I have been going to the postal office for my passport since I was in high school. I never had this kind of experience. I have to wait in line with the main people instead of going into the office for the passport. I did make an appointment and when I finally got to the passport office I was told I didn't need to make an appointment because I didn't need to go in. I just needed to get my paperwork together with a check and send it to the passport department. That is why I made an appointment because I need help if I'm doing it right and have my picture taken. Well I did get my picture taken and it was blurry so if it comes back I will be going back to the office to get my picture retake. I felt rushed yet the previous customer he was taken his sweet time. He also said he only have 15min per appointment yet my time was not up. I will not be coming back to this location.

Mail being delivered To neighbors house, even important checks and or other mail completely delivered to wrong mailbox. Receiving other people’s mail as well. I know there’s Possible substitute drivers Not familiar with area, but this is not acceptable!

YES! 3 times in the Same city in just over 4 weeks, these people need to be trained better or Fired! I think the Elementary school can do a better job.

It is not their fault that the line is out the door. Would you please show some respect to the workers. I can't even remember one time when i've heard them yell at anyone when someone's screaming at them about there broken box. Grow up and act your age ppl.
