I have to wait in line with the main people instead of going into the office for the passport. I did make an appointment and when I finally got to the passport office I was told I didn't need to make an appointment because I didn't need to go in. I just needed to get my paperwork together with a check and send it to the passport department. That is why I made an appointment because I need help if I'm doing it right and have my picture taken. Well I did get my picture taken and it was blurry so if it comes back I will be going back to the office to get my picture retake. I felt rushed yet the previous customer he was taken his sweet time. He also said he only have 15min per appointment yet my time was not up. I will not be coming back to this location.

Mail being delivered To neighbors house, even important checks and or other mail completely delivered to wrong mailbox. Receiving other people’s mail as well.
